If we haven’t had the pleasure of meeting you yet, please tell us:
- Your name
- Your address
- The make, model, and serial number of your piano (usually on the fallboard and the iron frame inside)
- How old you believe the piano is
- The last time the piano was tuned
- Any problems the piano has
- Day or time preferences for a tuning visit
- How heavily the piano is used – For example, are you a piano teacher, professional musician, etc.?
