Our connection to the original Hamilton Piano Company is more than symbolic. It is a living thread of knowledge, mentorship, and tradition.
Don McIntosh, with whom Kevin served his 4 year apprenticeship, was himself an apprentice and technician for the original Hamilton Piano Company founded in the 1940s. Through him, the skills, values, and meticulous standards of that era were passed directly into our hands.
With the blessing of the family who established the original company, we took up the Hamilton Piano Company name 2020 in memory of Don McIntosh and the ‘Olde Firm’.
Whether we are tuning, repairing, restoring, or helping you choose the right instrument, we approach each piano with the same dedication that shaped the original Hamilton Piano Company more than seventy years ago.
